The single biggest risk in a redesign is losing search traffic you already have. It happens when URLs change and nobody redirects the old ones, when page titles get rewritten carelessly, or when content that was quietly ranking gets deleted. We map your existing pages first, keep the URLs that are earning traffic, redirect anything that has to move, and carry the ranking content across. Your design changes. Your position in Google should not.

Signs it is time

It does not scale properly on a phone. It takes more than three seconds to load. You cannot update it yourself, or the person who built it has vanished. It still says “Copyright 2016”. It has no SSL certificate and Chrome flags it as not secure. Or, most tellingly, you would rather people did not look at it.

What the process looks like

We audit what you have, agree what is worth keeping, and rebuild it properly. Your content comes across (rewritten where it needs it), your URL structure is preserved or redirected, and the new site goes live in a single switch-over with no downtime. Most redesigns land in the £450–£900 range depending on how many pages come with you.
