A website your community can be proud of.

Clear, welcoming websites for village halls, parish councils and community groups across Kent and the South East — easy to keep up to date and built to be accessible for everyone. Most come to between £300 and £700, agreed as a fixed price before we start.

  • WCAG 2.1 AA accessible
  • Fixed price, no lock-in
  • Updatable by a volunteer

Why us for this

Built for how community groups actually work.

Halls and councils are run by volunteers with limited time and tightly-watched budgets. So we keep it simple, useful and genuinely good value.

Accessible by default

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA so residents using screen readers or keyboard navigation can use it — the standard public bodies are expected to meet, with an accessibility statement published alongside.

Easy for volunteers

Post agendas, minutes, notices, events and hall availability yourself. No technical knowledge needed, and we show your clerk exactly how.

Fixed, fair pricing

One agreed price up front, no surprise bills and no monthly lock-in. Public money spent carefully — most community sites land between £300 and £700.

How it works

No hard sell — a clear price your committee can consider.

Get in touch

Fill in the form or ring us. Tell us about your hall, council or group and what you would like the site to do.

We send a fixed price

Within one working day: a written fixed price, a timescale, and examples of similar sites — in a form you can put straight into a meeting pack.

Your committee decides

If it is a fit, we book it in and build it in days. If not, you have a clear budget figure and we will not chase you.

Ask about a community website

Tell us which hall, council or group you are with and we will come back within one working day with a fixed price.

We reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Your details go to us and nobody else — see our privacy policy.

Thanks — that’s with us

We’ll read it properly and come back to you within 24 hours with a fixed price and a date we can start. If it’s urgent, ring 01580 764404.

Common questions

Before you ask the committee.

Do you understand what a parish council website legally has to do?

Yes. Local councils are covered by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, which means WCAG 2.1 AA plus a published accessibility statement. There is also the Transparency Code for smaller authorities, which sets out what has to be published and where. We build to both, and we set the site up so publishing minutes and agendas is a two-minute job rather than a chore.

Our clerk is a volunteer and not especially technical.

That is exactly who we design the admin for. Posting a notice, uploading minutes or adding an event should take a couple of clicks and no jargon. We walk your clerk through it once and leave written notes, and we are on the end of the phone afterwards.

What does it cost?

Most community sites come to between £300 and £700 depending on how many pages and features you need, agreed as a fixed price before we start. It is a one-off cost with no ongoing subscription to us for the site itself. Hosting, if you want us to handle it, starts at £14.99 a month and includes SSL, daily backups and monitoring. There is no lock-in — you own the site and can move it whenever you like.

We need to get it through a committee. Can you give us something to circulate?

Yes, and we expect to. We send a written fixed price with a scope, a timescale and links to comparable sites, all in a form you can attach to a meeting pack. We are happy to answer questions from councillors by email before you decide.

Can we take hall bookings through it?

Yes. We can show live availability, take booking enquiries through a form, or connect to a booking system you already use. Tell us how you currently handle bookings and we will build around that rather than making you change how you work.
