Privacy policy
Last updated 27 July 2026. In short: we collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who we are
EverLabs Design is a trading name of EverLabs Software Ltd, 6 The Fairings, Tenterden, Kent TN30 6QX. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@everlabsdesign.com or on 01580 764404.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, which package you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Technical information sent with your enquiry. The page you enquired from, the site that referred you, your IP address, your browser user-agent, and any campaign tracking parameters in the link you clicked (for example
utm_sourceorfbclid). - Analytics and advertising. This site uses the Meta pixel to measure whether our advertising works. It sets cookies in your browser and reports activity back to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and quote for work — because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us asking for a quote, and it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver work you have commissioned — performance of our contract with you.
- To measure our advertising — your consent, where required, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser or Meta’s own ad settings.
- To keep business records — our legal obligations, including tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third-party marketing lists. We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our UK hosting and email provider, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for advertising measurement. We may also share information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for seven years to meet our accounting and tax obligations. After that they are deleted.
Where it is stored
Our servers are in the United Kingdom. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. To exercise any of these, email info@everlabsdesign.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site itself does not set cookies for its own functionality. The Meta pixel described above does set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally if you do.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
