Pricing questions
Before you ask.
Is £189 really the whole price?
For a one-to-three page site, yes — it is a one-off payment, not a deposit or a subscription. You would only pay more if you added something from the add-on list, or chose hosting afterwards. We tell you the total before we start.
Why are you so much cheaper than other agencies?
Because we use AI-assisted design tooling with human oversight, so a build that used to take three weeks of studio time takes four days. We pass the time saving on. You are not getting a worse website — you are getting one built more efficiently.
Do I have to take your hosting?
No. You own the site outright and can host it wherever you like. Most clients use us because it is simpler and we handle the SSL, backups and domain, but there is no lock-in either way.
What is not included?
Anything on the add-on list is separate, and photography and licensed stock imagery beyond what is included in your package is charged at cost. If your project needs something unusual we will say so in the quote rather than discover it halfway through.
Can I pay in instalments?
For the larger packages, yes — typically half up front and half on launch. Ask when you enquire and we will set it out in the quote.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take your site and your domain with you. We will hand over the files and help your new host get it running. No exit fee, no hostage-taking.
